A Three Part Series of classes to take you deeper into yourself, the chakra system, your sense perceptions, and for practitioners to deepen into themselves in relationship to their private practice. This is a series where we get to explore our own inner self, learn how to regulate our energy fields, explore and strengthen our physic skills, and emerge with more of our own unique light and power. The series is taught by experienced teachers Anna Crytzer and Christina Ducharme of the Inner Path School of Healing. All classes are at Blue Heron Acupuncture in Hardwick, VT.
Deepening Into Chakras
A class about the chakras for beginners or advanced students:
You’ve heard about chakras? Maybe you know about them, what color they are, or where they’re located in the body, but do you know to use them for self care and healing? Join us for this 4 part class where we deepen into what the chakras are, their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects, how they’re injured or blocked, and emerge with tools to balance your chakras and take your own healing deeper. In this class we learn about the chakras, explore opening them through color, identify our own blocks, move stuck energy, move our bodies, and emerge with more of ourselves at the end of each session. Participants will leave with an intimate knowledge and felt sense of their energy system, learn how to balance each chakra, and have the tools and experience to transform stuck energy bringing the self into balance and greater harmony.

Cost: $360 if registered by 5/15/2025

Exploring the Inner Sea: A Water Element Intensive

Hara is the Japanese word for the lower tan tien, a ball of power located in the lower belly used for centuries to increase energy and connection to self.

Hara is the Japanese term related to accessing the ball of power located in the abdomen known as the Lower Tan Tien. In this workshop you will learn how to connect to and utilize the power of the Tan Tien, an energetic ball of power which connects us to our Essence, Qi and the Earth. We will learn how to connect this energy to our Heart Spirit for manifestation aligned with our purpose. Explore intentionality, power, and fluid strength. Learn simple techniques to add to your daily meditation practice.
